Centerpieces & votives filled with roasted coffee beans and fleurettes made of burlap coffee bags with a lush array of tropical flowers and chocolate Uluhe Curls.
A coffee-themed anniversary party made Moana Cafe come alive with beautiful centerpieces and candle votives.

Haleakala Florist Owner Teena Rasmussen and Master Floral Designer Erica Rasmussen, CFD demonstrated four unique designs that the audience could try at home. The last design was a special one with a red vase, ruby marbles, and purple tulips in honor of the "Red Hot Mamas." Arrangements were auctioned at the end of the presentation.

Growing Dreams 2010 - Four Seasons Resort Maui Hawaii
Maui Youth and Family Services
Growing Dreams is the signature fundraiser for Maui Youth and Family
Services. The event encompasses a floral design show, a luncheon, silent and live auctions, and a floral market. This year the event was held at the elegant Four Seasons Resort Maui. The Rasmussen family has been involved in the event for the last 9 of 10 years. This year Teena Rasmussen served as the Overall Event Chair, and her daughter Erica Rasmussen served as the Floral Show Chair. Andrea Rasmussen assisted in the floral design room. This year's guest floral designer was BJ Dyer AIFD from Denver, Colorado. Maui Youth and Family Services provides foster care and emergency shelter care for children in crisis, plus a myriad of other services for youth and families on Maui.

Erica designed an elegant bouquet of white roses, orchids and oriental lilies with intricate silver wire braided with the foliage.
Haleakala Florist was asked to create a stunning bridal bouquet that would be used in a wedding photography workshop at the recent Maui Photo Festival in Kaanapali.
